The Knowledge Base is the central starting point if you want to start quality assurance within your data. The various functions of HEDDA.IO are logically grouped or thematically combined in the Knowledge Base.
A knowledge base can consist of any number of Domains as well as Composite Domains. In addition, the Rules and Reference Data Services for validating data are defined within a knowledge base.
To enable you to better organize the data defined in HEDDA.IO within your company, a Knowledge Base also has various metadata with which you can specify additional attributes such as tags, categories or the responsible department.
To create a Knowledge Base, click the KB button in the “Build & Manage” group of the HEDDA.IO ribbon. This opens the Create New Knowledge Base dialog.
If you click on the arrow below the KB button, a menu opens where you can edit or delete existing Knowledge Bases.
